PH.D., PHYSIOLOGY & NEUROSCIENCE

Dr. Mária Lalkovičová

“The brain has a remarkable capacity to protect and repair itself when given the right conditions. My role is making sure the science behind those conditions is real — not just plausible-sounding.”

Dr. Mária Lalkovičová is a neuroscientist and researcher with more than 15 years of international experience studying how the brain protects, repairs, and sustains itself. She earned her Ph.D. in Physiology and Neuroscience from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University and the Slovak Academy of Sciences, and holds advanced degrees in Biology and Biochemistry. Her career spans top-ranked research institutions across Europe, where she has led multidisciplinary projects investigating neuroprotection, central nervous system resilience, and the biological mechanisms underlying cognitive decline. She is the author and co-author of numerous peer-reviewed publications in neuroscience, neuroprotection, and regenerative biology.

As an independent scientific advisor to Nutraville, Dr. Lalkovičová provides the neurological foundation for the brand’s cognitive health line — evaluating the mechanisms by which key ingredients interact with the brain, validating their relevance to memory, focus, and long-term cognitive resilience, and ensuring formulations reflect the current state of neuroscience research. Dr. Lalkovičová is not employed by Nutraville and serves in an independent advisory capacity.

PHARMD, RPH, B.SC.

Dr. Jesse Ropat

“Most people don’t realize that the wrong dose of even a well-studied ingredient can make it completely ineffective. Getting the formulation right isn’t optional — it’s the whole point.”

Dr. Jesse Ropat is a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy and registered pharmacist with specialized clinical experience at the intersection of aging, medication, and cognitive health. He completed his PharmD at the University of Toronto’s Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, following a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Windsor. His clinical training included rotations in palliative and geriatric care at Baycrest — one of Canada’s leading institutions for age-related brain health — where careful review of how compounds affect memory, cognition, and neurological function in older adults is central to daily practice.

As an independent advisor to Nutraville, Dr. Ropat applies his pharmacist’s expertise to the brand’s cognitive health formulations — scrutinizing ingredient selection, dosing precision, and compound interactions to ensure each product is grounded in current evidence and accurately reflects what the science supports. Dr. Ropat is not employed by Nutraville and serves in an independent advisory capacity.

M.D., FAMILY MEDICINE & INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS

Dr. Blane Schilling

“I see patients every week whose memory and focus issues trace back to hormonal and metabolic imbalances nobody addressed. Brain health doesn’t start in the brain — it starts in the body.”

Dr. Blane Schilling is a family medicine physician with more than 32 years of clinical experience and a focus on the physiological drivers of cognitive decline. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and has spent his career treating patients whose brain fog, memory difficulties, and mental fatigue stem from treatable root causes — hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic inflammation. His clinical practice centers on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and integrative protocols designed to restore the internal conditions the brain needs to function at its best. He currently serves as Medical Director at Invigorate Advanced Aesthetics and as a Practice Development Specialist at EVEXIAS Health Solutions.

As an independent advisor to Nutraville, Dr. Schilling brings the perspective of a clinician who works daily with patients experiencing cognitive symptoms — reviewing the brand’s formulations for their real-world relevance to the hormonal and metabolic factors that most commonly undermine brain health, and helping bridge the gap between laboratory research and patient outcomes. Dr. Schilling is not employed by Nutraville and serves in an independent advisory capacity.

What Our Medical Advisory Panel Reviews

Nutraville’s Medical Advisory Panel is an independent group of credentialed experts — not employees — who review our cognitive health formulations against a defined set of scientific and clinical standards. Their role is to ensure what we make is worth making.

  • Formulation Integrity

Dr. Ropat reviews ingredient combinations, dosing levels, and bioavailability — ensuring each formula is clinically sound, free of problematic interactions, and accurately represented on the label.

  • Ingredient Evidence

Dr. Lalkovičová evaluates the neurological research behind each key ingredient — reviewing peer-reviewed literature to confirm that mechanisms of action are real, replicable, and relevant to cognitive function and brain health.

  • Clinical Relevance

Dr. Schilling assesses each formulation through the lens of patient care — evaluating whether the product addresses the physiological contributors to cognitive decline that he encounters in clinical practice, including hormonal and metabolic factors.

Our advisory panel members are compensated for their independent review and do not hold equity in Nutraville.
Their assessments reflect their professional judgment, not a guarantee of individual results.
