Shipping

If you wish to return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

For product exchange, it depends on where you are situated. The time of delivery may vary.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must first send an email to support@nutraville.com to inform us about your intention to return an item. Your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. Your returned item must be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the item, our dedicated team will check if it’s eligible for a refund. We will inform you that we have received it. After the inspection, we will immediately notify you of the process for refunds.

Once approved, we will initiate a refund to our credit card or Paypal account (or original method of payment.

You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
