I’m sorry I cannot explain the difference that Pineal Guardian made in my 76-year-old wife in under 3 seconds. She was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (relating to short-term memory only), we tried Prevagen extra strength and beet cubes for approximately 2 years as well as a prescription medication the doctor prescribed but none of those made any difference for her. Due to an extended trip I started late and have been using the product for only 20 days and too soon to recommend to others. There was however immediate results - with feeling more alert, more energy and less sleepy during the day and it seems like my sleep is deeper and less interupted. I'm a very thin 75 year old guy at 150 lbs and found the full dosage taken all at once in the morning makes me jittery with increased heart rate.
