Guess what? Here’s what I experienced after drinking this smoothie every day for one week either as my breakfast OR as my afternoon snack.
I had more energy. After drinking my smoothie, I felt buzzing, but in a calmer, more alert way than the frantic buzz of coffee. The energy boost it gave me was a nice feeling, like the endorphin rush of exercise.

My sleep improved. My sleep quality seemed better and I was waking up earlier without feeling groggy or tired.

My Verdict?
I will continue to add this to my daily routine. Even if I miss a day or two, I want to make smoothies a part of my regular diet. I just felt so good drinking them, and I know the benefits they have for my body.
